The FG-42 was a fully-automatic produced in Nazi Germany during World War II. It was developed specifically for the use by the Fallschirmjäger in 1942 and was used in very limited numbers until the end of the war. It was the most technically advanced weapon at the time and it’s design went onto to be the basis for the US M60 medium machinegun.
Most models that have survived and still legally owned here in the United States sell for well of over $300,000 when they do rarely become available. This model is a very hard to find reproduction of the FG42. Only several samples of this rifle are floating around in the United States and we have acquired two for our customers to experience.
